AWANA

So we finally did it... got the kids in AWANA. I was in it as a child, and I love the program. Just good, old-fashioned, not-a-whole-lot-of-unnecessary-frills BIBLE LEARNING at its best. I think we found the church that does it the best, and I have not regretted our choice for one second. Here's Tali in Cubbies.

And here she is earning a badge. She is an AMAZING memorizer. She easily memorized the Sparkies AND Cubbies verses. I swear this girl needs to be on a stage somewhere, making us all rich...

Here is Tatum, in with the Sparks, singing. We have an amazing God. Tatum is NOT a social butterfly, and actually gets really shy in social situations. When we got to AWANA the first week, she found Cora, a little girl who does piano lessons with her! They are together every week now, and Cora is a really sweet girl. This was NOT a coincidence, I am sure!

And here the three are, in their vests. Aren't they just precious?? I'm so proud of them.
